I just transfered from UTSA to UT in texas an my GPA is now a blank slate. I was wondering if that would look badly or help me in my medical school applications.
saying that i maintain a good GPA in UT for my remaining years.

It will probably have no effect, as you'll have to submit your transcripts from both schools. Obviously, it will be important to do well for your remaining years.
