I don't think medical schools look at your majors too much, but might give preference to a more challenging major / university, all other things being equal. So - I would recommend you take the courses that interest you, and make sure you have requirements to graduate, and don't worry about which major you fulfill - EXCEPT - in case medical school doesn't pan out for you, you'll want to make sure you have a backup plan. Would you be considering a graduate school program that would require a psychology major? If so - then you may want the major.
