For most medical schools, you'll need a bachelor's degree. You'll need to take the required pre-med courses at a 4 year college.
So, you are looking at transferring your credits to a 4 year college and while completing your bachelor's degree you will need to take:
1 year general chemistry with lab
1 year biology with lab
1 year organic chemistry with lab
1 year physics
You'll take your MCAT once you are near completion with your pre-med courses and then you can apply to medical school.
