I am suppose to be doing a project on what I want to be when I grow up? Hello, I am!! EVEN THOUGH I AM ONLY A FRESHMAN IN HIGHSCHOOL! But if you could ask any of my friends what they think I should be, they will tell you...A PSYCHIATRIST!
I am the known psychiatrist at my school,house,church,etc. I have even gotten phone calls from people I have never met, Its one of those"Hi, you don't know me but I really need to talk, and I heard you were the person for the job"type of conversations.
Like some of the stories I have read on here I'm not really supported in my decision to try and follow my dream.
Hopefully I an find a way to do it anyway,while trying to write this report! 😎
Yeah, I had a similar experience. I was always the guy that people in crisis were brought to in high school. Drug freak-outs, identity crises, family feuds. I remember well the relieved look on the part of the person escorting the "patient" once they had turned over their charge to my custody. Who knew there was a future in it?
