Well what if you are a junior in college and you want to go to medical school but you probably will not have the grades to get in but you are set on doing this what can you do after you graduate to help you get in medical school?

I'm not really an expert on this area, but some of the things I've seen people do include:

1. Re-take the pre-med classes to get better grades

2. Consider DO schools, as these are generally less competitive

3. Consider med school out of the country as there are some programs that feed into US medical schools in the 3rd and 4th year, and these programs are generally less competitive

4. Enter therapy to figure out why you wanted to go into medical school in the first place (just kidding)

The real question is, why did you not do well enough in your classes the first time around - was it because you didn't take them seriously, or is that academic classes are not your strength?

Either way, perhaps being a doctor is not really for you anyway - there are a lot of options that are less intense and still provide many of the rewards of practicing medicine - from physician assistants to nursing to activity therapy or physical therapy, etc.
