I have a question to whether early start college courses that are taken in highschool go into your college gpa when applying to medschool?

I'm not familiar with the early start college programs, but as best I can tell, it seems these are opportunities for high school kids to take college classes. I would assume that if they are courses taken for a grade at a college, then you would need to submit them as part of your undergraduate GPA. I am curious what the colleges offering these types of programs would say when asked, but it seems like the courses would show up on a college transcript from that school.
