Question about transfer

I am currently a freshman and am taking all liberal arts courses. I am transferring in the spring. My gpa from this smester will not transfer, just the credits will. How will my grades for this semester affect med school decisions? I am doing great, but I'm just wondeirng.

Hiya.

Your old GPA might not transfer to your new school, but it will definitely still show up on the applications when you apply to medical school.

You have to (uh... I mean, GET to) enter all of your undergraduate classes and grades on your application, and a complete undergrad GPA (science, non-science, and overall) is then calculated. Works like a charm. No matter how many schools you have attended, they have a way to come up with an accurate composite GPA for ya.
