I'm a freshman and a BIO major and I'm doing psycology as an elective. To complete the requirements for med-school/the MCAT can I stay a bio major and just change my electives each year to org chem, physics, gen chem and soo on? Or do I have to change my major every year?...Soo confusing!

You do not change your major. Each school has different requirements for each major. Where I went to college, there was a book which listed the requirements for graduation, and the requirements for each major. You will have your required classes for a biology major, the required classes for your college, and then you will have electives. You use your electives for things not part of your major. Biology is the most common major for pre-meds, as most of the pre-med classes are biology.

It sounds like you'd be best talking to your school counselor regarding graduation and major requirements, as well as requirements for medical school.
